Key Responsibilities...
- Secure wayleaves, easements, and both freehold and leasehold agreements.
- Ensure that all existing wayleaves and agreements are up-to-date, properly signed, and have relevant review dates.
- Organize reviews and negotiate or renegotiate wayleaves and agreements as needed.
- Assist with inspections and maintenance tasks, while maintaining an accurate asset inventory.
- Collaborate with the legal team and land agents to draft license and wayleave agreements.
Qualifications for Success...
- Experience in wayleave and licensing processes is essential.
- Familiarity with code powers is preferred.
- Legal background is advantageous, such as paralegal or LPC qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of local planning regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, with experience in Monday.com.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
