Principal Designer Opportunity

Brandon James, a dynamic and fast-growing construction consultancy based in Liverpool, is seeking an experienced Principal Designer to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on their duties under the CDM 2015 regulations, working closely with designers to ensure safety and compliance from project inception to completion.

The Principal Designer will work across diverse projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, adding value by identifying and mitigating risks early in the design process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting design reviews and advising project teams on compliance with CDM 2015.
  • Preparing and reviewing pre-construction information and managing risk assessments.
  • Engaging with clients and design teams to promote best practices and effective risk management.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent Health and Safety qualification.
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
