About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Galashiels, Scotland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds in a care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as administering medication, changing dressings, and assisting with meal preparation.
  • Demonstrating emotional resilience when supporting individuals facing challenging behaviors or loneliness.
  • Working flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with adults in a care setting.
  • Registration under the PVG scheme.
  • A full driving license (essential).
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
