Rank is seeking a visionary AI Transformation Lead to drive the company's AI strategy and deliver business growth through innovation and customer experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for AI projects to inform business decisions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for automation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Recommend the best approaches and AI tools to support business growth and customer requirements.
Innovation Leadership:
  • Foster a culture of innovation by promoting creative thinking and experimentation.
  • Lead the exploration of cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Partnership Development:
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, startups, and other organisations to drive AI innovation.
  • Leverage partnerships to access resources, expertise, and technologies that complement our AI initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to develop and launch new AI-driven offerings.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with AI strategy and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional experience in delivering AI solutions to meet business needs.
  • Commercially sound and a strategic thinker.
  • Background in innovation around technology and strategy building.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and articulate a business case for their delivery.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and gregarious personality to build strong relationships.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking while operating within governance boundaries.
  • Strong financial awareness and ability to forecast and deliver to budget.
  • An outstanding knowledge of existing and proposed AI/Automation technology and technology vendors.
