Join Our Team as a Data Analyst

FDM Group is a leading business and technology consultancy seeking a skilled Data Analyst to work with our client in the Retail sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 6-month contract with the potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help operationalise the reporting process for the client, focusing on Non-Financial Reporting across the organisation.
  • Develop a large piece of work for CSRD Regulation (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) disclosures, including data points, metrics, and frameworks for compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather, validate, and standardise data needed for CSRD and ESG reporting.
  • Analyse sustainability data, identify trends, and translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework and process that aligns with CSRD standards.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Experience in writing scripts to pull out data from Excel or writing queries.
  • Ability to track data points for the Financial Year 25/26.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
