Job Title: Data Analyst SQL Python Tableau

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team on a 6-month contractual basis. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust and scalable ETL processes to support dashboard creation and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and dashboard creation.
  • Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, perform data manipulation, and automate analysis processes.
  • Support experimentation efforts by analyzing and reporting on A/B testing results.
  • Provide historical data for key metrics to establish baseline performance and experiment targets.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing best practices in data governance and quality control.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proven experience in building dashboards in Tableau and Qliksense.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience working with call center data, including understanding of metrics and KPIs relevant to call center operations.
  • Experience working with web data and understanding of digital support tools and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting analysis and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
