About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to our HR team, including coordinating tasks, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Documentation and Communication: Develop and maintain documentation, such as contracts, policies, and memos, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and effective communication with clients.
  • Client Support: Engage with clients to coordinate and support HR administration functions, including note-taking, transcribing audio recordings, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Legislative Updates: Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and communicate effectively with clients to ensure compliance.
  • Marketing and Account Management: Assist with marketing efforts, including writing blogs and newsletters, and proactively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent and relevant administrative experience.
  • Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths & English (minimum grade C or grade 4), Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Language: Fluent in the English Language.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time).
  • Benefits: 28 days' holiday per year including bank holidays (pro rata), birthday breakfast, death in service, Christmas celebrations, and a commission structure on sales generated.
