Telesales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Account Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing geographic areas and beyond.
  • Make and receive calls to and from customers to discuss sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Accurately enter orders, upsell, and cross-sell products to customers using on-screen information.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in FMCG and/or Foodservice sales.
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of self-motivation and drive.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
