Job Responsibilities

As a Care Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals in our care
  • Offering guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learning about individuals' specific needs and providing help in the most appropriate way
  • Assisting with medical and welfare needs
  • Reporting on medical and welfare needs as required
  • Safeguarding individuals and maintaining a safe, clean environment
