We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Student Learning: Assist students with understanding key concepts and provide individualized assistance to students who may need additional support to excel academically.
- Deliver Tutoring Sessions: Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students who require extra help.
- Develop Study Skills: Help students develop effective study skills and organizational strategies to enhance their academic performance.
- Collaborate with Teachers: Work closely with teaching staff to develop tailored learning plans for students with diverse learning needs.
- Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, Science, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
