Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Data & Insight team and other relevant parties
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and propose innovative enhancements

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in CRO with a focus on prioritizing research and testing initiatives
  • Strong technical knowledge of experimentation frameworks
  • Expertise in testing technologies, web analytics, and statistical methodologies
  • Familiarity with a variety of digital analytics tools and A/B testing solutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of website design principles, Google Cloud Platform, and personalization technologies
  • Experience in data visualization and server-side testing techniques
