About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Researcher to join our team at Hypha Recruit - Rec2Rec Specialists. As an Executive Search Researcher, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mapping complex business markets, driving candidate generation, and providing market intelligence insights to support our recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Identification and Management

Proactively lead mandates, including candidate identification, long listing, briefings, and feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Market Intelligence and Research

Collate and analyze market intelligence insights to inform recruitment projects and contribute to the development of industry-specific research reports.

  • Client and Stakeholder Management

Foster strong relationships with clients, HRs, and international sales teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

  • Project Management and Reporting

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Strong Research and Analytical Skills

Demonstrate the ability to initiate conversations, deliver projects successfully, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a global team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Results-Oriented and Adaptable

Commitment to achieving objectives and targets, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Desirable Qualifications

Degree-level education and at least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a similar role.
