We have an excellent and highly lucrative opportunity to join a global retained Executive Search firm.

You will be working closely alongside an experienced 360 Consultant to provide detailed Market Mapping for Executive Level Recruitment.

This is not a trainee role - Experienced Researchers and Consultants welcome to apply.

**Starting salary £30,000 - £50,000 DOE + Commission (£60,000 - £100,000 OTE)**

**Monday - Friday, flexible and relaxed office hours**

**Hybrid Working (2dpw from home)**

**Central Brighton Office**
- An analytical thinking process coupled with a naturally polished and well-rounded communication technique
