Senior Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team as a Senior Associate/Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a leadership role and drive the growth of our Private Client department.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Private Client law, with a proven track record of business development and strong billings. They will be confident in managing their own caseload, delegating to junior fee-earners, and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate, and administration of estates
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase billings
  • Lead and mentor junior fee-earners, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team
  • Contribute to the development of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years PQE in Private Client law
  • Proven track record of business development and strong billings
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
