Senior Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to take on a senior role within a well-established and reputable firm with offices across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy caseload of private client matters, including wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate, and administration of estates.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase billings.
  • Work closely with the director to take over the department in the short-medium term.
  • Provide high-quality advice and support to clients, including creation of trusts, powers of attorney, deputyship, and support for the elderly.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
  • Strong knowledge and experience across all aspects of private client law.
  • Proven track record in business development and strong billings.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload, delegate to junior fee-earners, and work under pressure.
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused, and outcome-orientated.
