Certified Flight Instructor, Fixed Wing for the Defence Sector

Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 + Progression + up to 8% Pension + Training and Development Opportunities

Are you a Certified Flight Instructor or possess similar qualifications, seeking to advance your career within a prominent entity in the global defence arena?

This role offers a unique opportunity for a Certified Flight Instructor to become part of one of the UK's most esteemed defence organizations, which has been a trusted partner for over 150 years in fulfilling significant MoD and defence contracts.

In this position, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the execution of flying operations in collaboration with key stakeholders and military personnel, adopting a comprehensive approach to all activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational excellence are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver flying training programs for the Royal Navy.
  • Oversee the execution of flying operations.
  • Maintain an exemplary safety record and operational reputation.

Candidate Profile:

  • LAFT Qualified Flight Instructor.
  • Willingness to relocate or currently residing in the vicinity.
  • Must be a British Citizen or eligible for Security Clearance.
