We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Young's Pubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an exceptional Commis Chef who is eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities. As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Have a proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality and service.
  • Demonstrate a passion for producing high-quality, fresh food that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Be an active and hands-on Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor who is always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures.
  • Show a willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, showcasing your creativity and ability.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls over GP and labor.
  • Take a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
