Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Specialist to join our Compliance & Estates, Property Services team at Eastlight Community Homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee fire safety workstreams, ensuring that FRA remedial actions are specified, monitored, and inspected to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
  • Support multiple fire safety compliance workstreams, including FRAs, FRA actions, and fire protection equipment servicing.
  • Respond efficiently to requests for information, maintaining accurate records and databases about services delivered.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect works in progress and sign off completed FRA works.
  • Support management initiatives and assist in developing processes within the Customer Safety team.
  • Attend contractor performance meetings, challenge non-performance, and record evidence on progress of works on site.
