Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team at Pyramid8, a leading Life Sciences organization based in Sheffield. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and testing our instruments, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop new instruments and test procedures
- Collaborate with the R&D department to improve internal test procedures and QA documentation
- Provide technical support to the service department and collect/deliver parts from suppliers
- Contribute to the development of new products and processes
- Strong technical skills in electronics and electrical engineering
- Experience with ISO 9001 and electronics manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in soldering surface mount components
- Full UK driving license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
