About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and effective individual to join our team as a Health and Wellbeing Coach Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful coordination of our health and wellbeing programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Health and Wellbeing Coaches, ensuring they are supported and up-to-date on relevant training.
  • Delivering group sessions in accordance with our curriculum, resources, and quality standards, empowering participants to achieve sustained behavioural improvements in their lifestyle and health.
  • Database and spreadsheet management.
  • Measuring, monitoring, and reporting on participants' progress and programme performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 A-C grade GCSEs, including English and Maths.
  • REPs Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification or equivalent.
  • Level 3 qualification in health improvement or promotion or public health or equivalent.
  • Level 3 qualification in nutrition.
  • Level 3 Training qualification.
  • Willingness to undertake evening and weekend work as required.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel in order to deliver programmes across designated regions.
  • Demonstrated capability to work with MS Office packages and basic databases.
  • Experience in using coaching skills to help individuals to improve their health and/or physical fitness.
  • Fluency in community languages.
