Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects related to mechanical systems, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Internal Departments: Collaborate with our internal teams to support client requests, identify priorities, and mobilize resources as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure that project scope is clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders, and that all necessary equipment and resources are mobilized and demobilized as required.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients and internal teams, including troubleshooting and fault-finding of mechanical systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit project reports, work packs, and other documentation as required.
  • Equipment Management: Identify and manage equipment required for projects, including mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to provide updates on project progress, and to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Team Support: Provide support to internal teams, including preparation of service personnel away from base packs, work packs, and working instructions.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing projects, including coordination, execution, and delivery.
  • Mechanical Systems Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulic control systems, and ability to troubleshoot and fault-find.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
