Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Connectment. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and calibration services on weighing equipment, including weighbridges and scale weighing systems.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on industrial weighing equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Time served or apprentice trained service engineer.
  • Experience in Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical engineering.
  • Experience completing service, repair and maintenance.
  • Desirable: Experience working field based as a mobile engineer, customer facing, and experienced in liaising with customers.
