Job Title: Field Service Technician

Join our team as a Field Service Technician and take on a challenging role that requires strong diagnostic skills and excellent customer service.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Guildford area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for visiting customers with prearranged appointments to carry out a variety of work including servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and commissioning to warranty and contract customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting customer properties to carry out diagnostics, breakdowns, emergency repairs, and annual servicing.
  • Providing excellent customer service through effective communication.
  • Managing your van stock by ensuring all old faulty parts and good stock for credit are returned, and new stock delivered overnight is placed in their designated locations in the rear load space of your van.
Requirements:
  • Holding domestic Gas ACS Certification or equivalent.
  • Possessing a full driving license.
  • Having a background in servicing, repair, and maintenance of gas boilers.

We offer a competitive salary of GBP42,401.93 + BONUS + VW TRANSPORTER + PENSION. Full product training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of gas boilers and appliances.
