Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the 'brand authority' for your automotive brands, staying informed about the latest model launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Design, manage, and evaluate email marketing campaigns.
  • Work in conjunction with the digital marketing team on paid online advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on website enhancements and modifications.
  • Capture high-quality content for our social media platforms.
  • Propose ideas for social media content to the digital marketing team for your brands.
  • Make minor content updates in our CMS to ensure our website remains current and relevant.
  • Develop, manage, and assess all non-digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create and oversee all print and non-digital marketing communication materials, including stationery.
  • Brief relevant parties on new car model updates.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders within your brands.
  • Provide market intelligence as needed.
  • Take charge of both internal and external marketing planners, ensuring compliance with minimum requirements from manufacturers.
  • Ensure that the SMT Team and Website team are informed about all marketing campaigns and their performance.
  • Report on your campaigns and events to contribute to a quarterly marketing planning process.
  • Plan and manage customer events relevant to your brands.
  • Collaborate closely with other marketing specialists on group-wide campaigns and events.
  • Serve as a 'brand ambassador' at any events you host, whether in the showroom or externally.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of all major marketing communication channels and media.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercially savvy with a data-driven approach and a focus on ROI.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in developing marketing materials across a comprehensive range of marketing channels.
  • Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in producing and analyzing marketing intelligence reports.
  • Experience in an automotive retail environment is advantageous but not essential.
