Position Overview:
Our client is seeking to appoint a Lead Legionella Compliance Specialist. This role is pivotal in overseeing Legionella services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary manager for all Legionella services nationwide, providing guidance and support to the broader field service teams.
2. Ensure adherence to legal regulations and health & safety standards, while developing and maintaining benchmark systems.
3. Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to enhance daily operations and foster innovation within the Legionella department.
4. Create comprehensive method statements and risk assessments related to Legionella services.
5. Assist the sales team with quotations and tender submissions.
6. Contribute to the digital advancement of Surveying Services.
7. Stay updated on current water hygiene regulations and communicate relevant changes to the organization.
8. Travel across the UK to support field personnel and operational requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a quality assurance and compliance role within the Legionella or water treatment industry.
- Certification in Legionella Risk Assessment and Water Hygiene (City & Guilds).
- IOSH certification.
- Valid driver's license.
