Job Title: Car Park and Civil Enforcement Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Car Park and Civil Enforcement Officer to join our Transportation team at NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd.

About the Role

As a Car Park and Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling local roads and streets, advising the public on parking options, and issuing enforcement tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles. You will also be required to report suspected abandoned vehicles and deal with enquiries from the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol local roads and streets to ensure compliance with parking regulations
  • Advise the public on parking options and provide information on parking restrictions
  • Issue enforcement tickets to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Report suspected abandoned vehicles to the relevant authorities
  • Deal with enquiries from the public in a professional and courteous manner
