### Job Purpose:

As a Watch Diagnostics Technician at H&T Pawnbrokers, you will play a crucial role in providing expert watch diagnostics to support our Swiss Time Services (STS) watch service centre in achieving its financial and non-financial goals.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and test watches to provide accurate estimates for repairs
* Authenticate watches to ensure market expectations are met
* Establish pricing for luxury watch servicing
* Perform checks on stolen or lost luxury watches
* Identify brand identifiers, such as warranty cards and serial numbers
* Assist with watch queries from stores, customers, and other departments
* Ensure accurate and efficient data entry
* Conduct quality control assessments and approvals as required

### Essential Requirements:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
* Good technical knowledge of watchmaking tools
* Excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated and organized individual
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to multiple roles as needed
