About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Platform Change Analyst to join our team at Aegon. As a key member of our Change Programme, you will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure the management, delivery, and development of our Change Programme and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and report relevant risks and issues for inclusion in project risk logs.
  • Determine business impacts across propositions.
  • Develop viable solutions that are cost-effective and align with business, project, and programme principles.
  • Provide post-implementation support to all departments in receipt of programme change.
  • Input and review Business Verification Plans to ensure full coverage during deployment of code.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working in a similar role, ideally within financial services or a platform provider.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and analysis skills with an ability to consider the bigger picture and end-to-end view of processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to relay complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Experience working in a high-risk environment with the ability to quickly identify issues and keep reporting and policies up to date.
  • Workplace Pensions Experience.
  • Previous experience working on Change projects and the Change Lifecycles, ideally with experience of working with Jira.

  • A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%.
