Campus Safety Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a strong presence throughout the educational facility, effectively engaging with students and fostering positive conduct;
- Collaborate as part of the Be-Safe team, assisting students under the guidance of the designated safeguarding leaders;
- Be available at the campus entry points during peak arrival times to facilitate student intake;
- Provide first aid assistance as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of a Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant field;
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Mathematics and English (or equivalent qualifications);
- Capability to establish strong working relationships and rapport with young individuals (aged 16-18) and adult learners;
- Experience in engaging with groups and individuals within an educational setting;
- Valid driving license;
- Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check.
