  • Ensure a strong presence throughout the educational facility, effectively engaging with students and fostering positive conduct;

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant field;
  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Mathematics and English (or equivalent qualifications);
  • Capability to establish strong working relationships and rapport with young individuals (aged 16-18) and adult learners;
  • Experience in engaging with groups and individuals within an educational setting;
  • Valid driving license;
