We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team at Adnams Plc. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers with a smile, setting and cleaning tables and service areas
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks while liaising with the kitchen teams to ensure a smooth service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and high-quality service standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contribute to the overall success of the business by maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures, and participating in ongoing training and development
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
