Hotel Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Hotel Receptionist to join our Front of House team at The Crown in Southwold. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage online bookings and reservations
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and diners
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
