About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced optometrist to join our team as a Domiciliary Optics Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading our team of optometrists and support staff to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to grow our business in the Brighton and South Coast area
  • Collaborating with our customer service team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to our optometrists
  • Contributing to the development of our business plans and strategies
