About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced optometrist to join our team as a Domiciliary Optics Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of optometrists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and grow our business
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Building strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with our wider team to share best practices and drive innovation
