About the Role

Frasers Group is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in Meadowhall - Sheffield. As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, providing personalized assistance and expert knowledge to help customers discover products they love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Utilize your knowledge of products and trends to drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
  • Stay informed about the latest brands, products, and trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support with the replenishment of stock, ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and presentable.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, productive, and harmonious work environment.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Requirements
