Key Objectives:
  • Conduct a thorough review of industry best practices and benchmarking, particularly focusing on digital solutions and early intervention strategies.
  • Identify potential efficiencies to deliver services within budget while ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations.
  • Adopt a holistic approach to assess the impact and implications of decisions and recommendations within the strategic framework.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to the 0-19 Service Transformation Steering Group for the effective delivery of services from April 2026.
