About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring that our residents live in a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures and fittings
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues
