Job Summary

Oakford is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. Based in a beautiful Grade II listed building, we are looking for someone to maintain and develop our HQ as well as other properties in the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carpentry, decorating, plumbing, roof repairs, brickwork, and other maintenance tasks
  • Interaction with contractors and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining property exteriors, including clearing gutters, cleaning glass, and cutting grass
  • Shifting furniture or equipment and assembling new items
  • Maintaining a schedule of maintenance tasks and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed

  • Good organisational skills and ability to self-manage time
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and meet quality standards
  • Flexibility and adaptability in approach
  • Health and safety awareness and ability to contribute positively in a team environment
