Customer Experience Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at our depot in Belfast.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Customer Service and Admin teams in delivering day-to-day office processes in line with Company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Service and Admin teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement a customer experience improvement plan to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure effective management and control of office staff and processes.
- Deliver appraisals, training, and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Work closely with clients to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Lead projects to develop and deliver high-profile insights and recommendations for CX, UX, and customer journeys.
- Develop and manage customer feedback loops to inform engagement strategies.
- Review business reports and complete relevant system administration to ensure accurate invoicing and cost control.
- Analysis of on-time-in-full data to devise and deliver improvements.
- Regularly provide reports to the General/Regional Manager and agree remedial actions where required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a Customer Services/Office Management focused environment.
- Strong people management and leadership skills with a proactive approach and ability to motivate staff to deliver objectives.
- Good commercial acumen with the ability to develop and maximize within a profit-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build key relationships with internal and external customers.
