An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to work with one of the leading companies in facilities management, providing essential services across various locations.
This role involves delivering comprehensive maintenance solutions across multiple sites, focusing on maintaining high standards of service and cost efficiency. Previous experience in commercial environments, especially within the retail industry, is highly beneficial.
The responsibilities encompass a combination of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive building tasks, both internally and externally, including:
- Building Maintenance
- Roof - address leaks and perform routine gutter and drainage maintenance
- Brickwork - execute repairs on structural walls
- Flooring - fix vinyl and ceramic tile issues
- External areas - manage car park and yard maintenance
- Roller Shutters - conduct annual PPM and reactive servicing
Painting and Decorating
- Perform minor painting and touch-up tasks
Plumbing and Drainage
- Clear blockages in drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks
- Fix leaking faucets and replace washers
