Job Description

The Support Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in the administration and data management of the Support and Information team at The Lullaby Trust. This is a key position that requires excellent IT and data skills, as well as a passion for supporting bereaved families and professionals who work with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
  • Coordinate and implement administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional support to the Support and Information team, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including bereaved families, professionals, and charity partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with charity regulations and best practices.

Q2: Data Analysis

You have received an Excel spreadsheet with a download of our online training evaluation forms, each form containing about 10 questions and you have about 100 answers already.
