Paid Media Manager Job Description

WE Talent is seeking a skilled Paid Media Manager to join our client's team in Hull. As a key member of the advertising team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing online advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client ad accounts, ensuring regular maintenance and optimization.
  • Develop and implement effective online ad campaigns, leveraging Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, target audience analysis, and create engaging ad content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling social media ads and UGC content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC/SEM trends, best practices, and industry developments.
  • Optimize conversion rates, analyze ad performance, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Attend client meetings, serve as a key point of contact, and communicate marketing goals and ROI.
  • Research and implement innovative marketing technologies and strategies.
  • Produce ad reports that demonstrate marketing effectiveness and growth.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Google Ads/Social media ads, with a strong understanding of GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with a proven ability to generate ROI from ad spend.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to plan and implement ad strategies.
  • Experience working with ad budgets, generating results, and tracking conversions.
  • Agency experience preferred, with a strong understanding of all Google Ads and Meta ad platforms.
