Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of KILIAN PARIS fragrances and products.
• Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging in-store events and promotions that drive sales and brand awareness.
• Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store appearance is consistent with the KILIAN PARIS brand image.

Requirements

• Passion for fragrances and luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
