As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized in-store experiences that showcase our exquisite perfumes and scent services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance portfolio, including perfumes, scents, and related products.
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their preferences and needs to recommend suitable fragrances.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging in-store events and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met, maintaining a high level of store appearance and ambiance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is not necessary, as we invest in the continued development of our team members.
  • Passion for fragrances and a genuine interest in perfumery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
