About the Role

Royal London Group is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst Lead to join our Group Technology and Change division. This position is pivotal in ensuring that intricate modifications to our existing platforms align with both business objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a mentor and role model for team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to the establishment of performance goals for the team.
  • Provide expert guidance on the configurable features of our platforms.
  • Oversee the secure deployment of solutions into the production environment.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing of all modifications, identifying potential issues at the earliest stage.
  • Design and implement complex, scalable, and robust configurations.
  • Maintain compliance with established standards, guidelines, and quality checkpoints for all configuration changes.

About You:

  • Proven experience in managing database architectures and application configurations is crucial.
  • Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and frameworks is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex metadata structures.
  • Experience in leading and guiding team members is essential.
  • Thorough understanding of the complete software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with SmartCOMM or similar customer communication management platforms is necessary.
  • Knowledge of LaserFiche document management solutions is advantageous.
