Ground Worker Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Ground Worker to join our team at First Military Recruitment. As a Ground Worker, you will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks on construction sites, preparing ground surfaces, installing drainage systems, laying paving, and ensuring a safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Clear construction sites, remove debris, and level surfaces for foundations or other groundwork activities.
* Dig trenches for drainage, utilities, or foundation work.
* Lay paving, curbs, and slabs.
* Follow construction plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate and efficient completion of groundwork.
* Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
* Work closely with other construction workers, site managers, and contractors to ensure the timely completion of groundwork.

**Requirements:**

* CSCS card
* Physical Fitness
* Previous experience in groundwork

Basingstoke

**Salary:**

£150 – £175 Per Day DOE
