Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician or Technologist to join our team at HLN Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential design and experience with REVIT and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Documentation: Produce high-quality drawings and documentation as required, working independently and collaboratively with our technical team and design team.
  2. Specifications and Materials: Develop specifications using NBS software and advise on the use of materials and construction detailing.
  3. Project Management: Oversee the management of projects, ensuring quality and coordination of drawing information, and compliance with office quality standards.
  4. Health and Safety: Be responsible for health and safety and building legislation requirements, as well as day-to-day administration of projects.
  5. Site Surveys: Assist with site surveys as required.
  6. Company Procedures: Follow company procedures, including quality management, environmental management systems, and health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in residential design
  • Experience with REVIT and AutoCAD
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
