Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Alfred Recruitment LLP. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical design support to project teams and delivering successful projects in accordance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical design support to project teams
  • Delivering successful projects in accordance with client requirements
  • Undertaking tasks required on the day-to-day delivery requirements of projects at all stages
  • Producing design deliverables, providing accurate technical information, addressing technical queries, and conducting site inspections
  • Knowledge of current building legislation, construction technology, and product development
  • Specification writing capability with relevant software/NBS

Requirements:

  • A number of years' worth of experience working as an Architectural Technologist in a UK-based practice
  • Proven project running experience showcased through a portfolio of work
  • HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or other recognised approved equivalent
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations and relevant Technical design guidance
  • Use of Revit and Navisworks to achieve project delivery to Level 2 BIM is essential
  • NBS Chorus/specification writing experience is beneficial
