MMI Distribution is on the lookout for dedicated full-time HGV Class 1 drivers for permanent roles. The position entails making refrigerated deliveries to various retail outlets, managing up to 15 stops daily while utilizing tail lifts and cages. We provide a variety of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles.



Available Shift Patterns:
  • 4:00 Wednesday to Saturday
  • 01:30 - 04:30 Friday to Monday
  • 14:00 Thursday to Sunday
  • 15:00 - 16:30 Sunday to Wednesday
  • 13:00 Wednesday to Saturday
  • 14:00 Thursday to Sunday
  • 14:00 Friday to Monday
  • 0:00 Thursday to Sunday
  • 17:00 Thursday to Monday
  • 21:00 Thursday to Monday


Pay Rates:Day Rates:
  • Monday – Friday: £15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs: £17.85)
  • Saturday: £17.85
  • Sunday and Bank Holidays: £23.80
Nights Rates:
  • Monday – Friday: £18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs: £20.39)
  • Saturday: £20.39
  • Sunday and Bank Holidays: £27.19


Candidate Requirements:
  • Valid DIGI and CPC card
  • Dependable, organized, and enthusiastic personality
  • Willingness to work on weekends
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • Ability to adhere to regulations and guidelines


The driver is expected to uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure timely completion of all deliveries.
