Service Desk Analyst

WeDo is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, ensuring that our technology runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networking
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and technologies
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware
- Familiarity with ITIL and technical support principles
