Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

WeDo is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, ensuring that our technology runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networking
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and technologies

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware
  • Familiarity with ITIL and technical support principles
