- Service Coordination: Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to facilitate the delivery of additional services or specialized care as needed.
- Quality Control: Evaluate the standard of care provided, conducting regular reviews and assessments to pinpoint areas needing enhancement. Implement necessary adjustments to elevate care quality.
- Emergency Response: Address emergencies and incidents promptly, ensuring the safety and welfare of both residents and staff, including managing unforeseen health situations and coordinating urgent care as required.
- Appropriate healthcare certification, such as NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a residential care environment or a comparable setting.
- Proficiency in care planning, risk evaluation, and the coordination of care services.
